Our new air intake kit is here! This is an extremely functional, yet simple solution for an air intake on your supercharged Sea Doo.

Our system connects to the factory 3" supercharger inlet with provided T bolt style clamp. The silicone sleeve then bends up while growing to a 4" opening. A stainless steel joiner connects to the 4" inlet with a filter element clamped on top of that. The T bolt clamp and both hose clamps are all stainless steel.

Our filter element is extremely breathable while being almost waterproof. As shown in the picture water pools on top of the filter without being easily ingested into the engine.

Air intake filters on the market either have a paper filter element between the wire mesh or are just wire mesh. Filters with a paper filter element get "clogged" up from the humidity our engine compartments sees or from water splashing inside. The filters with only a metal mesh screen do not catch the dust, pollen, etc that is in the air and eventually makes it into our skis. You would be surprised at how much actually gets into the engine compartment and ingested into the engine!

The last picture shows our same air intake screen that was tested on a different shop ski. After only about 15 hours of use you can see how much has accumulated on the filter element. (don't mind the cruddy hose clamp in the picture, our kits we sell have upgraded Stainless clamps as noted)

Simply wipe it away with a rag and you are good to go. If your filter screen gets too "gunked" up email us and we will send you a replacement.

This intake kit is great on RXP-X/T 260/300 skis. Does not fit on RXP 215/255 and we have not tested with RXT yet.
