Sea Doo 159mm Plastic Wear Ring

Sea Doo 159mm wear ring for a wide variety of their models. Contact us if you are not sure. Almost all 4tec use the 159 wear ring besides the 300 hp ACE motors and some other newer models.

This is a plastic wear ring replacement. In our experience we slightly prefer the plastic wear ring over the Stainless Steel wear rings that are also offered.

1. Cost, plastic wear ring is far cheaper
2. Ease of use, an old plastic wear ring is much much easier to remove than a stainless steel ring
3. Easier on your ski, the wear ring is the cheapest part of your pump area. If you suck up a rock with a plastic ring, hopefully it takes out only the plastic ring. If you suck up a rock with a stainless steel ring there is a higher chance of also damaging the prop or the pump housing as they have no "give"
